Departure from Barcelona and lunch in Tudela, a town that lies between the overwhelming aridity of the Bardenas and the intense green of the orchard of La Ribera, the second city in size and importance of the territory. After lunch you can visit the monasteries of Santo Domingo de la Calzada (it was here where Santo Domingo built on the Roman road a bridge over the river Oja to facilitate the passage of pilgrims) and San Millán de la Cogolla (The monumental complex of San Millán de la Cogolla, made up of the Monastery of Suso and the Monastery of Yuso, is one of the main landmarks of La Rioja, not only for its artistic relevance but also for its cultural importance as the birthplace of the Castilian language). Dinner and sleep at Portal de Echaurren, gastronomic temple of La Rioja.
Visit to Artadi Wineries in Laguardia (Guarded by the Sierra de Cantabria and surrounded by vineyards, this beautiful village of the Rioja Alavesa is reminiscent of Tuscany.) Its location, on top of a hill, its wall and cobblestone streets they give that medieval air and its cellars, that for something exerts capital of this wine region, is a delicious proposal for autumn). Gastronomy in Haro, land of wines, wineries and vegetable garden. After lunch you can visit the monastery of Santo Domingo de los Silos. A place that exudes fascination and in which you can still hear Gregorian songs.

Visit to Pago de los Capellanes winery (modern winery) and lunch at Asados Nazareno (Roa de Duero). In the afternoon visit to the cellars Mesoneros de Castilla y Valsotillo (ancestral winery). Dinner at Lagar de Isilla (Aranda de Duero).
Visit to Burgos: Cathedral of Burgos, Cartuja de Miraflores, Monastery of de las Huertas and Museum of Evolution (all the discoveries that are being made in Atapuerca are shown here). During the visits, lunch at the restaurant Landa, temple of Burgos gastronomy. Its stoves recover the traditional flavors of the Castilian cuisine: blood sausage, beans, suckling lamb and suckling pig.
Return to Barcelona, you can go direct making a gastronomic stop in Navarra, Zaragoza or even Lleida. Or go to Pamplona, eat in Tafalla and then visit the Bodegas Otazu, eight kilometers from Pamplona, flanked by two mountain ranges of intense green and appearing as a mirage. An old French chateau of 1840 heralds the 110 hectares of land. This is a unique winery, the art, especially modern, mimics all the spaces.
