El Bulli was Ferran Adrià’s 3 Michelin star restaurant in northern Catalonia. It was described as “the most imaginative generator of haute cuisine on the planet”. It closed in 2011 but that was not the beginning of a downturn in Catalonian cuisine but the opposite; from the mountains to the coast our beloved region has become one of the best food destinations in the world.

You can sample the food of the El Bulli team, currently available at Disfrutar in central Barcelona, or the Roca brothers at Cellar de Can Roca in Girona. For something a little different we will use our expert knowledge of the best places for any speciality, we know the most intimate and secret restaurants and we would love to show you where they are. And for more distant dining locations, we’ll get you there in a private plane or any mode of transport that you like!
